Message	a box? No wonder it got scratched and chipped. I'm in the business of shipping and UPS will not cover the damage due to poor packaging. In your case there was no cardboard box to protect it from getting scratched or dinged up. Make this a lession and always protect what you are shipping because carriers don't give a damn how they handle your package just that it gets to you.
